Returns on Full-Priced Items Within 30 Days

Baggu accepts returns of full-priced products within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. To be eligible, items must remain unused, unwashed, unworn if apparel, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or use cannot be returned.

Sale Items Are Final Sale

Products purchased on sale, including those from sale collections or during promotional events, are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.

Starting a Return

Begin your return by contacting Baggu through the store contact page. Please do not send returns without authorization as this will delay your refund.
Follow the instructions provided by our team for returning your item.
If you are near a Baggu physical store, returning the item in person saves you the $4.95 restocking fee and accelerates processing.

Return Shipping Responsibility and Restocking Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Returns mailed to Baggu incur a $4.95 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Returns made in a Baggu physical store, exchanges, or returns accepted as store credit are exempt from this fee.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item confirming it meets return standards, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for refund processing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, contact us via the store contact page. Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Handling exchanges in a physical store is faster and avoids restocking fees.

Price Adjustments Within Seven Days

If a full-priced item you purchased goes on sale within seven days, Baggu offers a one-time price adjustment. Contact us within this period to receive a refund of the difference to your original payment method. This adjustment is only available once per item.
