Using This Site and Placing Orders

By shopping at Baggu and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or place an order.

Order Accuracy and Availability

We strive to provide accurate pricing and product descriptions. However, errors can occur. If a product price or description is incorrect, Baggu reserves the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund.

We may limit the quantity of items available per order. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders are final once placed. You cannot add or remove items after your order is submitted.

Changing the shipping address or completely canceling an order is time-sensitive and only permitted shortly after the order is processed. If you must request a change or cancellation, please contact us immediately through our contact page. While we will do our best to assist, such modifications are not guaranteed.

Product Images and Special Items

Product images are provided for reference only. Actual colors and prints may vary slightly due to screen variations.

Limited-edition products and collaborations have specific availability periods and may sell out quickly. Restocks are not guaranteed, although we endeavor to keep core Baggu items available.

Shipping Responsibility and International Orders

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Baggu will assist with reshipping, but additional shipping fees may apply.

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may be charged by your country. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Baggu cannot control or estimate these charges.
